Chinese New Year Shoot!

So, I was looking back in the archives and realized I had posted a picture of Naomi from the waist down, promising to upload the whole Chinese New Year shoot later.

Apparently, I meant a whole lot later.
So here it is, finally.

Don't mind me, I'm just trying to be cool...
(Is it working?)

I've made my bed and now I'm laying in it.

Let's hang out sometime.

(Okay, that was pretty morbid humor. She's just jumping in the air.)

Cheery cherry blossoms.

Vintage Bandolino woven flats that used to be my great aunt's. ^_^

High(&)Waisted*

Modern Romance Boutique-J Brand High Rise Bianca in Monaco | Vintage Platform Sandals | Nordstrom-Necessary Objects Blazer | Nordstrom Chloe K Striped Bustier

A couple of my favorite books: Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll and The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas ♥

Legz fo' dayzzz.

Here you may enjoy a picture of our fireplace mantel.

Pottery Barn mirror, candles, and candleholder. I'll give you one guess where the bulk of our furniture and decor is from! ;)

Weird hurr don't curr.

All dressed up and nowhere to go!

I love these jeans (first pair of J Brands), but they're a bit too long to wear on an everyday basis, since they require some sort of platform or wedge shoe. I do like how high-waisted they are, though.

*Also, the title is for purely punny purposes; we do not in any way condone or endorse drug usage.

Cheap Cheats: Polka Dot Blazer

I've been wanting a polka dot blazer recently, so I researched my options. I first saw this adorable Madewell blazer in store:
Madewell's Artdot Blazer-$138

However, seeing as my parents would kill me if I spent that much on a blazer (they might be more willing for a pair of AG Stevies--but that's a story for another time ;)) I searched and found this cheaper alternative:

Forever 21's Polka Dot Blazer-$24.80

Nice way to save over a hundred bucks. :D
