 I love these jeans (first pair of J Brands), but they're a bit too long to wear on an everyday basis, since they require some sort of platform or wedge shoe. I do like how high-waisted they are, though.

My grandpa gave me a pair of never-worn vintage Ferragamos that used to belong to my great aunt. They've been coming in handy for college interviews at least. And these velvet skinnies have been super warm and comfortable for winter. Gonna try to upload some more posts this weekend!

Okay, bad pun. Anyway, this was one of my outfits from a couple weeks back; apparently it was cool enough to wear that day. I can't wait for more fall weather since I absolutely love layering buttondowns and sweaters.

Recently, I've been doing a lot of online window shopping, especially for pants and shorts. There are just so many covetable pieces in stores right now, including the delicious markdowns of end-of-summer (and soon, Labor Day Weekend) sales. Here are some of my fave pieces as of late:
